Free Alteration
Free alteration* on pants and jeans length only on regular priced items.
Alterations on marked down items during sale periods will be chargeable at just $5.
*Alteration is free for the first time only. Subsequent alterations of pants and jeans length are chargeable at $5 each.
However, if the item was not altered according to specification, it will be rectified at no charge.
Alteration can only be offered at the time of purchase, and not after.
Exchange Policy
Goods can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
Good that are washed, worn or altered cannot be exchanged.
For hygiene purposes, exchange of underwear and socks is not allowed.
Sale and promotional items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
No cash refund is allowed.
